EPISODE 1

Triathletes are always looking for that edge in training and racing while staying within the rules. Acetaminophen and NSAIDS are allowed under WADA rules and have been suggested to confer benefits to endurance athletes. But does the literature support their use and are there any side effects or risks to be aware of? On this first episode of the Tri Doc podcast, I go beyond the hype and look at the science to see if there is any truth to the claims.
